The Coggshall Catch Fishing Derby is a FREE event for everyone to attend. You only pay if you choose to enter the derby competition.

🎟️ Entry Details
Children 14 and under enter the derby for FREE.
Adults and Children 15 and over only need to pay if they enter the derby. Which qualifies you for the CASH prize. 

Adults can help their children fish without entering the water, as long as they don’t fish themselves.

🎣 Fishing License Requirement
Anyone 15 and older who plans to fish must have a valid Massachusetts fishing license.

🎵 Afternoon Entertainment
The Fitchburg High School Band will be performing in the afternoon to bring music and energy to the event.

🤝 Volunteers Needed
We’re looking for volunteers who are comfortable handling fish and helping record catches throughout the day.
