Insects up Close
Join New England-based macro-photographer Audrey E. Kali, as she displays her fascinating insect photography and shares insight from her research, focused on the diverse insects of Massachusetts. Audrey is a professor in the Communication Department at Framingham State University, teaching science communication. She uses her photography skills to connect people with the world around us, allowing us to see our own backyards in ways which we cannot always view through our own eyes. Her work gives us a close-up view on the importance of biodiversity within our insect communities and the crucial roles they play within our ecosystem.
