Winter Solstice Flow

Celebrate the longest night of the year with a soothing Winter Solstice yoga flow, bathed in candlelight and framed by the festive glow of the downtown Christmas lights.
We’ll begin by setting our intentions for the year ahead, then move through calming Moon Salutations to honor the reflective energy of the season.
The Winter Solstice has long been a time for rest, renewal, and manifestation. Join us to pause, reflect, and invite the energy you wish to carry into the new year.
