During the meeting, we will:
1. Provide 2025 activity report and what USI achieved
2. Provide a 2025 financial report and results of the independent audit
3. Elect new Board members and those Executive team members whose term has expired
4. Select 2-3 charities in Ukraine to donate $1,000 to each
5. Hear about USI plans for 2026

As a member, you will be able to:
1. Vote for the Board and Executive team
2. Nominate yourself for the Board and Executive roles
3. Propose and vote for the organizations in Ukraine to receive the donations
4. Propose initiatives and activities to undertake in 2026
