Sound Bath Meditation

A sound experience combines elements of meditation, vibrational healing and mindfulness to create relaxation and inner harmony.

This intentional and mindful exposure to sound and vibration is believed to help balance the body's energy, promote relaxation and even stimulate healing on a physical and emotional level.

You will walk away with less stress, and enhanced well-being.

Each participant will have zero gravity seating, eye mask and blanket. All you need to bring is an open heart, and an open mind!
