Using the aerial silk as a functional prop, like a reformer in the air, you’ll engage your core, sculpt your muscles, and build full-body strength. Optional Pilates props like sliders, rings, balls, bands, and weights are incorporated to deepen the challenge and keep your practice dynamic. Every class is designed to challenge your balance, tone your body, and leave you feeling strong, ending with the signature suspended cocoon savasana for ultimate restoration.

You must be to the studio 10 minutes early to be measured for your silk. Class starts right at the class time. Late entry is not permitted.
