Music & Meditation

March's Music and Meditation is an invitation to slow down and listen for what holds you steady. The music will explore stillness not through silence alone, but through rhythm, repetition and restraint. This is not about emptying the mind or escaping the world but finding solid ground in it. Join the gathering on Sunday, March 15th at 7 PM in the sanctuary.
