                "description": "The Fishers High School Band Program is a comprehensive music program that has grown to involve over 400 students every year involved in 5 concert bands, jazz and percussion class, pep band, lab band, two winter guards. The program began in 2006, with the opening of Fishers High School, the second of two high schools in the Hamilton Southeastern School district in Fishers, Indiana.\n\nThe band program provides students with a rich array of musical instruction and mentoring, through both classroom concert bands and after school activities such as marching band, jazz band, and ensemble performances. The program is led by band directors Chad Kohler, Todd McCready and Charles Kunz.\n\nThe marching TIGER Band is an ISSMA State Finalist and Bands of America Regional Finalist.  The Percussion ensemble is a five time Indiana Percussion Association State Champion, WGI World Finalist and performed for the Madonna Super Bowl Halftime show hosted at Lucas Oil Stadium.  The Winterguard is a WGI World Finalist and IHSGA State Finalist"
