We will be offering a combo yoga, breathing and meditation session with live music. This 75 min practice is based on a fun version of beach yoga ( CaboYogi.com/vacation )and we will bring those vibes to Post 1985 for some restorative relaxing wellness time that’s great for veterans (and their families). We invite you to come clear the mind, let go and be present in the flow. All skill levels and experience welcome. This is GREAT for beginners: all you need to bring is an open mind and be ready to enjoy some mindful movement together in fraternity and liberty. We believe movement is medicine and we will show you how it’s done in this session.
