What’s up boo It’s your sista Mecca here and I’d love to invite you to join us for a nice afternoon surrounded by beautiful souls as we take up space to dive deep into ourselves and connect. We will guide you through a beatiful light yoga flow with a sound bath to make it even better followed by a journaling session. Lunch is provided and please BYOB :) oh, and of course we are dancing and laughing our asses off per usual. We can't wait to see you boo.
