" I am coming back for a third year in a row, and I have never been so excited about an event before. Over the last two years, I have worked to incorporate my hometown of Nashville, TN into the dinners I have been blessed to prepare at the Jones Mansion. The first year, I brought familiar Nashville dishes and flavors, the next , I introduced everyone to important characters that lead me in my journey to become a chef. This year, I let the city itself inspire my menu. Each plate of this six-course is meant to represent an important historical landmark of the city. Chef Blake works at the Harpeth Hotel in Franklin, TN and now owns a catering business called Scratch Food and Beverage Company.
