We will examine key terminology, professional responsibilities and the clinical, communication and organisational considerations required to deliver safe, inclusive and person-centred care. Using perioperative examples, the session will support participants to reflect on their own practice, identify potential risks and barriers, and consider practical actions to improve dignity, safety and patient experience.
