Silver is honored to introduce herself and her wisdom of yoga, meditation & breathwork and share with her new English speaking community of Figueira Da Foz at Tao Yoga Center.

This workshop is opened to anyone who has some discomfort, tension or pain in their body and want to learn practices to help you feel relief.
If you have some stress or feeling disconnected or overwhelmed, this workshop will give you tools to help you.

Through this workshop you will learn breath techniques as well as some philosophy & meditation, as well as physical practices.
*
If you have never practiced yoga but want to start or have practiced yoga and want to refresh and learn therapeutic yoga, ALL are welcomed.
*
At the end of the workshop you will feel relaxed, renewed and reconnected.
*
We will also have some tea at the end and commune with our new community.
