Sound Journey to Inner Stillness with Reiki Healing Energy

✨Join us for a deeply restorative evening that combines the transformative power of Sound Healing with the gentle, balancing energy of hands on Reiki healing.
✨This immersive experience is designed to help you release stress, restore inner harmony, and connect with a profound sense of peace as we move into the quieter, reflective season.
✨During this 60-minute session, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation through the therapeutic vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments. As the soundscapes wash over you, Reiki healing energy will be offered to support your body’s natural ability to balance and heal, clearing energetic blockages and promoting a sense of wholeness.
What to Expect:
• Guided relaxation to help you settle in
• Immersive sound bath experience with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls
• Hands on or distant Reiki Energy Healing to complement the sonic vibrations
• A safe, nurturing space to rest and restore ❤️🩹
✨What to Bring:
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will help you feel cozy and supported while lying down.
All levels welcome. No previous experience with sound healing or Reiki necessary.
