🎯 Full catcher’s gear required (Protective cup strongly recommended)
Take your catching game to the next level this summer with our Monday Night Catchers Academy led by veteran instructor Coach Chuck Heinz. This six-session program is designed to elevate every aspect of a catcher’s performance behind the plate.
Throughout the academy, catchers will focus on:
⚾ Receiving techniques
🧱 Blocking and recovery drills
🎯 Throwing mechanics to all bases
💪 Strength, mobility, and flexibility work tailored specifically for catchers
Training will be age- and skill-appropriate, ensuring that each athlete is challenged and supported as they develop their technique and physical tools.
Whether you're new to the position or looking to refine your skills, this is a high-impact opportunity to grow as a catcher over six dynamic sessions.
Minimum of 4 players required to participate or clinic will be moved/cancelled.
