A family-friendly foraging adventure at Earth’s Essentials Apothecary!

Join us for a hands-on, kid-focused workshop designed to spark curiosity, build confidence in nature, and introduce both little ones and their grown-ups to the magical world of wild plants.

🌼 In this shorter, playful workshop, we’ll:

Learn how to identify common, safe edible plants

Talk about plant safety and how to avoid poisonous lookalikes

Explore healing “weeds” for everyday issues like bug bites, poison ivy, and sunburn

Get messy and creative with a plant that makes incredible natural paint and dye!


🍪 Enjoy tasty plant-based treats like:

Homemade marshmallows

Stinging nettle cookies

Real-deal root beer (made from actual roots—really!)

All children must be accompanied by a grown-up.
If the adult is not the child's legal guardian, a waiver must be signed by a guardian prior to the event.
