About the Book: 
In a modern-day world that can feel overwhelming and hopeless, author Christalee Froese is sharing the mental health tools that helped her battle clinical depression and anxiety.

In Froese’s second book—Permission Granted to be Joyful Again—the journalist, best know for her syndicated LeaderPost column and national travel writing, takes readers on a journey to find more joy in their individual lives.

Saskatchewan Psychiatrist Dr. Omosade Ogundare calls the book a guide to living your best life. “What you hold in your hands is a road map to unlearning the ‘shoulds’ that have governed your life for too long.
