Cost: $10 drop-in1st and 3rd Thursday of the month

This photography club is a relaxed, welcoming space for like-minded people to get together, shoot, share, and talk photography. Each week will have a loose theme to focus on, along with time to share work, exchange ideas, and connect socially. While we’ll touch on gear, technique, composition, and editing along the way, the emphasis is on learning through practice and conversation rather than formal instruction.

Sessions will include photography exercises related to each theme, occasional small contests, and several go-out-and-shoot meetups. Details for contests and meetups will be shared during the sessions, and there is no additional cost to participate. The final session will wrap up with a year-end show, light-hearted awards, and group judging. We plan to take a break over the summer and return in the fall with a fresh session lineup and new themes.

April 30th: Landscape photography

May 7th: Portrait photography

May 28th: Architectural photography

June 11th: Wildlife photography

June 25th: Year-end show & celebration

All experience levels welcome, bring whatever camera (or phone) you have. The Arts Station also has a camera that can be loaned. 

Accessibility Note This workshop is planned to take place in our upstairs studios, which are accessed by steep stairs. If you require main-level access, please indicate this in your event registration, and we will accommodate your needs.
