YOGA Class and a Glass

Class & a Glass Yoga with Kiley Weber on Saturday December 20th from 10-11 am 🧘‍♀️🤸‍♀️

This class will be a slow flow style class focused on mindful movement and breath to cultivate presence and tap into our sense of creativity and play. We will explore a variety of strength building postures and grounded restorative poses to create a balanced practice.

The class and glass are included in the $15. Bring your yoga mat and water.

Please arrive a little early to sign a waiver, get your spot and warm up. No pre-registration, but spots fill up quick!
