Yoga Class and a Glass

Join us Saturday, December 13th for Yoga Class and a Glass with Shay Smith!

Shay began her yoga journey over a decade ago and has been hooked ever since. She received her RYT-200 certificate in 2021 and is currently pursuing her 300hr certification. Her classes offer a sense of connection to the body and the mind through direct alignment cues, fluid transitions, and breathwork. She aims for her classes to be a place of exploration and curiosity by creating new pathways to the mind and body. Her classes will have a mixture of movement and longer held postures to cultivate a balance between both stability and mobility
