- **Event Description**: Aerial Arts – Try It All is the perfect opportunity for first-timers and curious students to experience the thrill of aerial silks, lyra, and pole in a single session. We begin with a 10-minute warm-up to get everyone ready, then divide the group into thirds so each smaller group can spend 20 minutes trying out each apparatus. Feel the exhilaration of lifting off the ground on silks, discover the elegance of spinning on lyra, and explore the strength and artistry of pole—no previous experience is needed!

After this hands-on exploration, we’ll wrap up with a 15-minute cool-down where our teachers will also showcase a dynamic flow on one of the apparatuses, giving you an inspiring glimpse of what’s possible. This workshop is open to all fitness levels and body types, and our inclusive, supportive environment ensures everyone feels welcome and empowered to learn. Upon completing the class you will also receive $15 class code to be used on any upcoming class registration at the studio.
