Presenters: Hilary Walker is a licensed Occupational Therapist with more than 25 years of experience helping people maintain quality of life at every stage. She has worked in home health, acute care, and as the lead of PeaceHealth’s Advance Care Planning program. She is now working as a consultant with Known Wishes and is the co-founder of Stay Home Improvements.  

Hilary Walker will be joined by Jennifer Carlson, Hospice RN and ACP facilitator, and Brian Flowers, funeral director and owner of Wildflower Funeral Concepts.
