Pour Into Her

Welcome to Pour Into Her at Studio Push Pilates! Join us on March 27, 2026 at 6:00 PM for our signature wellness event created to pour the whole woman through movement , mindfulness, & authentic connection.

The event will be beautifully designed by Fairytale Beginnings. We will start the event with a 45 minute Pilates class instructed by Deciah and Janel will instruct a 25 minute breathwork to finish the class. Immediately following the class, attendees can enjoy catering by Modern Maisonco. Arranged Ambiance will be in attendance as well to help create a flower bouquet for participants to gift to another woman in the class.

Life can be heavy sometimes, and every woman deserves a moment where someone Pours back Into Her.

This experience is designed to provide a safe & uplifting space where women can come together to reset, recharge, & support one another in a judgment free environment.
