Motor City Bears Speedo Car Wash

Time for the Annual Motor City "Bears in Speedos" Car Wash. We will be washing cars, truck, bikes, scooters and we have even washed a roller blade or two over the years.

As in past years the Motor City Bears are at it again with the wash mitts and soap. It is a very popular event and it is all to help out Ruth Ellis Center and Affirmations. The community really supports us on this one. We have a lot of fun with tons of positive comments from customers and people going by. People around Ferndale look forward to this event every year.

This is all part of our 2025 MCB Charity Fundraisers efforts. Proceeds from these events will go to Ruth Ellis Center and Affirmations. Both of these 503 (c) (3) charities help LGBT teens and young adults in our community.

Last time we raised Just over $1000 at this event. Thx everyone for the donations and we hope to collect even more this year. Come out and help us do that.
