Doty MD, the bestselling author of Mind Magic - The Neuroscience of Manifestation and How it Changes Everything. Our book club group, Persephone's Pages, recently read Mind Magic, and during the lively discussion that followed, we agreed to get together to put these simple techniques into practice in real time, together with a small group so that we can both support one another in the process. Each week, we'll experience a different meditation practice, personal reflection, brief writing exercise, visualization, and intention setting, all grounded in cutting edge research into how our nervous system and neural pathways support the process of manifestation. Each participant will have the chance to clarify their goals, develop their compassion and open their heart, increase their sense of gratitude, and learn to recognize the magic already taking place in our lives. If you have been looking for a way to move forward, get "unstuck", and let go of limiting beliefs that have been holding you back, this series is for YOU.
