Her approach to teaching children integrates imaginative play, music, drama + art with the 8 limbs of yoga, resulting in a playful, creative + collaborative experience.

This training will cover:

- Breathing techniques
- Philosophy
- Mindfulness techniques

- Storytelling + imagination
- Class sequences + planning
- How to get + keep attention
- Practice teaching
- PLAY + FUN!

Counts as 15 hours towards the Citizen Yoga 300hr teacher training certificate.

PRE-REQUISITES
Must have a 200HR YTT certification or a well-established yoga practice (familiarity with pose names, basic alignment, and general sequencing of postures). This training is not a yoga-training, but instead will train participants to adapt the yoga practice for young people in a way that is engaging, age-appropriate, and fun!
