It’s a perfect atmosphere for socializing, whether you’re coming to meet new friends or reconnect with regulars who’ve been part of our community over the last two years.Here’s what you can expect:On the first Monday and third Thursday of each month, we meet at the Detroit GT Studio in Ferndale. Doors open at 6:30 pm, and we’ll begin sketching promptly at 6:45. With a model posing in intervals ranging from 3 to 30 minutes, you'll have time to capture dynamic expressions while enjoying regular breaks to stretch, chat with fellow artists, and relax with refreshments. DQSS is designed to bring people together—whether you’re a novice honing new skills or a seasoned artist refining your craft, all are welcome.Vibe:No Materials? No Problem!We have art supplies available for those who need them, but you’re also welcome to bring your favorite tools—be it sketch pads, pencils, charcoals, paints, or even an iPad!Inclusive and Accessible:We operate on a pay-what-you-can basis with a suggested donation of $25, ensuring everyone 18 and up can participate regardless of financial ability.
