This virtual group is designed specifically for fathers raising neurodiverse children (including ADHD, autism, sensory differences, learning differences, and related needs). It offers a space to connect with other dads who understand the unique joys, challenges, and emotional landscape that can come with this kind of parenting.

Together, we’ll talk about the real stuff:

how to support your child while also taking care of yourself, how to navigate systems and family dynamics, how to stay connected to your partner, and how to build a deeper understanding of your child’s nervous system and needs.

You don’t have to have all the answers.
You just have to show up.

The goal of this group isn’t to “fix” your child or offer one-size-fits-all parenting advice. Instead, it’s about building understanding, sharing experiences, and helping dads feel less alone in the work of raising neurodiverse kids.
