- **Event Description**: Join us for a special evening of movement, release, reflection, and community under September’s Harvest Full Moon.

We’ll begin at Centred on Yoga with a 45-minute, non-heated Flowy Flow led by Saven Morris. Expect breath-to-movement sequencing designed to get the body moving and energy flowing before we head to the beach together.

After class, we’ll carpool accordingly and meet at Beach Access 8 (South) for an optional ocean dip. The dip is completely optional, but bring your swimsuit and a towel if you’d like to join! If parking is limited at Access 8, additional parking is available at Beach Access 9 off Jasmine Street.

After our dip, we’ll gather on the beach for a short 15-minute Harvest Full Moon Ceremony. Together, we’ll reflect, set intentions, and take part in a releasing practice to let go of what we’re ready to leave behind while honoring the meaning and energy of the Harvest Moon.

Drop-ins, memberships, and class passes can all be used for this special Pop-Up Class.

Come for the flow, stay for the moon, the ocean, and a little time together outside the studio walls.
