Welcome to the Centred on Yoga and Wellness Revolution Training Kids Camp! We’re teaming up to bring your little ones the ultimate end-of-summer experience—a week filled with movement, mindfulness, and playful exploration designed just for kids ages 6–12.
This one-of-a-kind camp combines the calming practices of yoga with the empowering elements of strength, mobility, and overall wellness. Through creative activities, kid-friendly workouts, and daily yoga, children will build confidence, flexibility, coordination, and self-awareness—all while having a blast!
Schedule:
10:00 AM – Check-in (Parents sign children in and out each day)
10:15 – 11:00 AM – Outdoor movement at the park (Yoga warm-up + strength & mobility drills)
11:00 – 11:45 AM – Lunch
11:45 AM – 12:45 PM – Studio yoga session on the mat
12:45 – 1:45 PM – Art + creative expression
1:45 – 2:00 PM – Meditation / Yoga Nidra
2:00 PM – Pick-up in studio
What Kids Will Learn:
Sun Salutation A & B
Strength-building movements
Balance + mobility basics
Calming breath techniques
Yoga philosophy made fun
Creative self-expression through movement and art
The value of listening to their bodies and each other
Price:
$350 per child
Sibling Discount: $300 per child
Requirements:
Signed waiver for off-site activities (park)
Healthy lunch provided daily (please notify us of any food allergies)
Daily parent/guardian sign-in and sign-out
For children ages 6–12 (flexibility here)
