This Christmas, make a memory with your loved ones! An Evening in December offers a family-friendly experience bringing the first Christmas to life. The 29th annual An Evening in December event includes an inspirational choral presentation with drama in the comfort of our worship center at 4pm or 6pm. 

No visit to the first century would be complete without a visit to our “Bethlehem” village. Roman soldiers oversee peaceful shopkeepers, a tax collector, and an overflowing inn. 

There will be furry and feathered friends in the village available for petting as well! The village will be open from 4:30pm-7:30pm.

Parking will be available on church property on a first available basis. There will be designated parking for guests with disabled parking permits. We will have a golf cart available for those with difficulty walking from the parking lot to the event.


Amelia Baptist Church is located at 961167 Buccaneer Trail, in Fernandina Beach, at the roundabout connecting South Fletcher Ave. and First Coast Highway near Harris Teeter.
