Come down to the Central Park Petanque Courts on Sunday, March 15th, and participate in a
Panaché Doubles Tournament!
No need to choose a partner, just show up!
Check in 12:30-12:50pm (first come, first served)
1:00pm First Game Starts - Courts will be randomly assigned
$10 per person
3 timed games, 45 minutes plus one end
Top 2 players will play a final singles game to determine 1st and 2nd place. The 3rd and 4th ranked players will play a final singles game to determine 3rd and 4th place. Cash prizes awarded for 1st-4th.
A panaché doubles tournament in pétanque is a format where individual players register and are randomly paired with a new partner for each game. The goal is to ensure that players rotate partners throughout the competition, playing with a different person in each round.
