An ecotour of the Wild Amelia Nature Festival led by Kathy Russell, City of Fernandina Beach Conservation Manager, this tour will begin with a demonstration and discussion of the functions of and benefits provided by the saltmarsh. A short walk along the N. Greenway trail will follow, where we will observe local saltmarsh plants and animals that define and depend upon this productive habitat.
Wear sun protection, insect repellent and bring water if you wish.
