This additional learning opportunity is an experience-based training for employers and HR professionals to learn more about navigating barriers to employment. More information will be shared about registration for the Poverty Simulation in the upcoming weeks.Who should attend?Employers, school and education partners, local government officials, workforce partner agencies, and anyone else who is impacted by the workforce challenge and touches workforce development.Registration opens at 8:00 AM with the program starting at 8:30 AM.Otter Tail County strives to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully. Please let the event organizers know if you request accommodations including advance copy of slides to be projected, reserved front-row seat, wheelchair access, lactation room, or others. Please contact cda@ottertailcounty.gov at least 1 week prior to the event.
