Retreat Location:
Wahwahtaysee Resort is located approximately 45 minutes south of Austin in Kingsbury.

Directions: To locate the property, you can enter "Wahwahtaysee Resort" into Google Maps. The address is 17261 FM 20 Kingsbury, Texas 78638. You can also enter the longitude and latitude (29.747902, -97.785609) into Google maps, which works the best. 

Entrance/Parking:
The entrance is located on your left off FM 20, it's a gravel/dirt road with a wooden gate.  The gate code has been sent via email - please contact Ivette, Angie, or Nona if you have issues getting in. Once you drive through the gate, you will park in the parking lot to the right. Our staff will meet you in the parking lot to check you in and take your luggage back in our luggage cart. Your golf cart will be waiting for you in the parking lot as well and carts are only allowed back to the tents and cabins. As you continue back towards the tents from the parking lot you will pass the gardens and chicken coop on your right. Continue down the road towards the trees, and just as you come out of the trees, you will see a smaller gravel road going off to the right with a sign that says TENTS. Take that right turn and drive down the smaller gravel road for a short distance and you will arrive at the first of the safari tents, which is the Big Dipper Tent. You will proceed to the fourth tent on the right, the Crescent Moon for check-in and registration. 

Accommodation:
Our group has reserved three tents for the weekend - The Crescent Moon (main tent) and The Dreamcatcher and The Sanctuary. Each comes equipped with a golf cart for exploring the grounds. After check out we have activities scheduled on the grounds if you wish to participate or you may use the pool and hot tub at your own leisure.

11AM - 12PM       Optional Activity: Manifestation Journalling with Ivette
                 
All guests may stay and enjoy the pool, grounds, river, and other activities.

Angie will be offering mini cupping sessions on Day 1 at the riverside and during free time, and again on Day 2 after check out. Please see Angie to sign up for a time-slot.

Cupping Massage:
Angie will have a sign-up sheet for mini cupping sessions throughout the weekend. Please see her directly to sign up for a slot.

Meals:
All meals are included. Please let Ivette know about any dietary restrictions or allergies by replying to this email. If you wish to order food directly from the resort please visit https://www.wahwahtayseeresort.com/new-page-2. Please note they need a 24 hour lead time for all orders.

What to Bring:
- Yoga mat if you prefer your own. We will have extra mats on hand
- Journal
- Water bottle to stay hydrated
- Sunscreen
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Bathing suit
- River shoes if you prefer to enjoy the river that way
- Floating device or tube for the river

Additional Considerations:
- Dress comfortably for movement but also the Texas weather. Yoga will be offered on Day 2 so bring appropriate clothing if you wish to participate. Flip flops for hanging around the river or poolside, there are also outdoor showers at each tent if you prefer to have flip flops for that.
- There is no WiFi but cell service is fine. This is truly an opportunity to disconnect and recharge.
- We will not provide alcohol. It is BYOB for the weekend. As we will have a spiritual focus in many of our activities, we encourage you to abstain from alcohol to help deepen your practice. This is of course completely up to you! We will have mocktails and adaptogenic options available as an alcohol alternative.
