We will definitely be attending when the new series starts next year, once this current series finishes: Jen and Lee (Ellendale)This year Chef Trish is taking the menu in a fresh new direction with Quail, Goat, a special seafood item and a few other delectable surprises, still being carefully crafted in the kitchen.....and of course a balanced but contrasting pairing being matched with some of Tasmania's finest 'Adult Sippys' if you so wish to imbibe.
