Reiki & Restorative Yoga

Join Rachel and Alina for an evening of relaxation and healing. Our yoga practice will consist of restorative and yin postures designed to support meditation and rest. Reiki energy healing will be offered throughout the class. Reiki is a Tibetan style of energy healing in which universal love and healing energy are channeled through the practitioner to the student. Reiki is of the light; therefore, it can only be of benefit and supports physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.
