Your golf game doesn’t start on the course—it starts with how your body moves. This one-of-a-kind fitness workshop is designed specifically for golfers and focuses on the key elements of a powerful, consistent swing: core strength, balance, flexibility, focus, and range of motion.
The golf swing is one of the most complex athletic movements out there. Pilates helps keep your body golf-ready so you can play stronger, swing smoother, and reduce the risk of injury. During this workshop, you’ll learn and perform golf-specific Pilates core exercises and stretches that can help you drive the ball farther and improve overall performance—on and off the course.
