Following a tragic motorcycle accident last September that claimed the life of her partner and left her with ongoing injuries, our friend Jamie Sweet needs our community's support.
Please join us for a special "Back to Basics" Trifecta Body Balance session.
This transformative class blends Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong with meditation, sound therapy, and energy healing to promote strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
This session is designed for all fitness levels.
100% of all proceeds will go directly to Jamie.
