INTENT.   RESTORATION.  SELF CARE. 
Those are the three themes of this Saturday morning retreat.   

We have never done anything like this and we really hope you jump on the wagon of destressing, learning the art of yoga, the art of meditation and strengthening your Mind &  Body 

This 2.5 hour retreat includes- 

 ? 1 Journal and a 10 minute journal topic at both the beginning and end of class.   Don’t worry no sharing out loud required.   
?‍♀️A RESTORATIVE Yoga class WITH essential oils
?‍♀️ Learn about the 8 best restorative yoga poses and how doing them correctly can give you a boost  in all areas of life
?‍♀️12 Minute Meditation 
?Breath Work
?A self made essential oil roller ball
? 1 self made vision board
? 1 smoothie / smoothie bar 

February 7 9:00-11:30 This workshop has a $90.00 value, we are offering it for $45.00.  

Space is limited, last year we sold out within a few days of releasing the details!    We are capping this unique experience at 16!
