MAMMA MIA!

The SLV Theatre Department is proud to present the musical "MAMMA MIA!", with music & lyrics by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus and book by Catherine Johnson. The musical is directed by Daria E. Troxell, with music direction by Nicki Kerns and choreography by Sarah Nash, and is presented at the SLV Performing Arts Center March 6 through March 16. Performances are Fridays and Saturdays at 7:00 p.m., with Sunday matinees at 2:00 p.m. There is a special Community Night performance on Thursday, March 12 at 7:00 p.m. when all tickets are $15 each. A limited number of tickets will be available to purchase at the door 1-hour prior to showtime; advanced tickets are available online at the SLV Theatre Boosters webpage. Purchasing advance tickets is highly recommended. This show is rated PG-13. Some content may not be suitable for younger audience members.

A mother, a daughter, and three possible dads (plus a trip down the aisle) comprise a story you’ll never forget. The sunny and funny tale unfolds on a Greek island paradise. On the eve of her wedding, a daughter’s quest to discover the identity of her father brings three men from her mother’s past back to the island they last visited 20 years ago. The story-telling magic of ABBA’s timeless 1970’s hit songs, intrigue, and engaging dance numbers propel this enchanting tale of love, laughter and friendship, creating an unforgettable musical.
