Lightbody was formed back in 1995. It was an outlet for our original songs that became the foundation for everything we have done for the last 30 years.
Over this time we have pretty much done all there is to do, performing in Theatres, clubs, pubs and festivals, and even involved in a TV documentary. We added recording to our repertoire in the late 90’s and subsequently recorded in some top studios, including Decoy studios Melton and Abbey Road where our last album was mastered.
The glue that has held it all together is the love of music and a very strong bond between the band members. We have no intention of stopping any time soon, why would we when we’re having so much fun.
