Join our Community CPR & Heart Health Workshop — an interactive and informative session designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to save lives and take charge of your heart health.

With the help of the British Heart Foundation’s RevivR™ digital training tool, you’ll master lifesaving CPR techniques in just minutes. You’ll also gain practical insights into preventing heart disease, spotting early warning signs, and adopting simple lifestyle habits that promote lifelong wellness.

This FREE, hands-on workshop is open to everyone — no prior experience required. By the end, you’ll feel confident to act in emergencies and motivated to make meaningful, heart-healthy changes for yourself, your loved ones, and your community.
