Restorative Yoga & Soundbath

Join Katie Bonnett and Katie BeLoved for a transformative 2-hour workshop.

Each workshop will explore a unique theme that guides the practice. Come uwind, heal and reconnect with your inner calm. Rejuvenate you - mind, body and spirit.

Being with a soothing restorative yoga practice led by Katie Bonnett, gently preparing your body and mind for deep relaxation. Ease into a serene yoga nidra experience, inviting profound rest and renewal.

Katie BeLoved enhances the experience with sound healing, using her crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks, sometimes placing instruments directly on the body for enhanced vibrational healing. The workshop concludes with an immersive sound bath featuring her gong and chimes, leaving you refreshed and aligned.

Cost: $60 per person/$110 per couple
