- **Event Description**: Join us Sunday evening at Lake Wedington for a peaceful practice in one of Northwest Arkansas’ most beautiful places in the Ozark National Forest.

Marian Virginia Bolen will begin the evening with breathwork and the soothing tones of Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls to help us settle into the present moment. The bowls will continue throughout our gentle, all-levels yoga practice, followed by an extended sound bath during a long, restful savasana.

Afterward, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy an evening swim in the lake.

Please arrive by 5:20 p.m. Gates will close promptly so everyone can settle in, and we’ll begin together without interruption.

Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Pillow and/or blanket for savasana
• Water
• Swimsuit and towel if you’d like to swim afterward

This practice is appropriate for all experience levels. Come as you are.

Portable toilets will be available.
