​Join us for a refreshing outdoor morning Qigong class at The Good Dog Café, a sweet local spot known for its beautiful outdoor space, dog-friendly vibes, and delicious drinks.
​Please note: While this café is a lovely place to bring your pup, we kindly ask that you leave your dogs at home during class to help create a calm and focused practice space for all.
​☀️ Class is from 9–10 AM every Wednesday
​⛈ Inclement Weather Plan: If it is raining, we will cancel class and reschedule for the following week.
☕ After class, you’re warmly invited to stay and grab a drink when the café opens at 10 AM. It’s a perfect way to ease into your day with connection and community.
​✨ Try your first class for free!
Drop in anytime or purchase a class pass—everyone is welcome.
​Our one-hour Qigong practice is a moving meditation that helps calm your nervous system, restore your energy, and awaken your inner vitality. We breathe deeply, move gently, and align with the rhythms of nature to leave you feeling grounded, clear, and whole.
​Qigong is an ancient practice of mindful movement, breathwork, and presence that brings harmony to your body, mind, and spirit. Each flowing movement is a chance to release tension, recharge your energy, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
​This standing practice includes warm-ups, stretches, and meditative movement, and can be adapted for seated practice based on your comfort and needs.
