The Comedy Couch is an Open Mic Experience blending the unpredictably hilarious nature of open mic comedy with interactive pub games, and guest commentary spots, for a night of pure fun you're not soon to forget. Open to new, up-and-comers, and nationally touring feature comics, there is a spot on the couch for everyone.
The Locals Comedy - The Locals Comedy is a company founded in 2022 by comedians, for comedians. Based in Fayetteville North Carolina, The Locals Comedy strives to feature local stand-up comedic talents, both seasoned and up-and-coming. Centered around the idea of community, The Locals Comedy looks to highlight the local businesses and culture. The Locals Comedy will bring the laughs and entertainment to the community, wherever that might be.
Featured Comedian: Brandi Roberts is a beloved stand-up comedian, producer, and writer from Raleigh, NC. She got her comedic start at Goodnight's Comedy Club (Raleigh, NC) and quickly became a local favorite. Over the past 8 years, Brandi has exponentially grown and has captivated audiences with her quirky wit, cool demeanor, and her playful absurdity. Brandi was a selected performer for festivals such as The North Carolina Comedy Festival, Sixth City Comedy Festival & The Black Girls Giggle Festival, amongst others. She was also featured on the “Black Power Rangers” comedy tour in 2022 and 2023. Qburgh magazine featured Brandi as a "Queer Comedian to Watch" in 2024. She is currently in Pittsburgh, PA for a 9-month comedy fellowship program with the Steel City Arts Foundation.
