You’ll stay in one place on your mat, but you’ll move freely, allowing rhythm, breath, and your own instincts to guide you. It’s not about choreography or looking a certain way. It’s about shaking off what you’ve been carrying.Then we shift into biodynamic breathwork, led by Anna. This technique uses deep breathing to stir energy, stir emotion, and unlock what’s been held in the body. The experience is different for everyone… but it always moves something.Finally, you’ll drop into stillness with a guided meditation and immersive sound bath, allowing your nervous system to recalibrate and settle.
