Sister Circle: Spring Gathering

A gentle invitation to for women to refresh, release, and begin again.

The Spring Sister Circle centers on renewal through mindful presence, intentional eating, and shared nourishment. This gathering includes a seasonal, Ayurvedic-inspired meal, guided meditation or restorative movement, reflective discussion, and creative integration. Together, we’ll explore lightness, curiosity, and the early stirrings of growth — both at the table and within ourselves.
