This retreat is created by military spouses, for military spouses! We know the unique struggles of milso life and look to provide a safe outlet for you to connect and share your experiences. At this event we will provide a relaxing yoga/mobility session as well as a fitness class to get a little sweaty and have some fun! We will also have a Cognitive Health Specialist teaching ways to cope with the everyday stressors you may experience as a milso. We will end the day with an open discussion allowing everyone to connect and ask questions/share experiences.
